Frequently Asked Questions
No worries - we offer complimentary resizing with every ring purchase. If you added Order + Return Protection at checkout, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and speed up the exchange process. Once we receive your original ring, we’ll promptly send the correct size.
If Order + Return Protection was not selected, resizing is still complimentary, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our St. Augustine, FL headquarters within 1–2 business days. We offer free shipping, which generally takes 4–6 business days for delivery. Expedited 1–2 day shipping is also available for an additional fee.
We do not currently provide engraving services. However, many of our customers choose to have their rings engraved locally at jewelers or trophy shops, where it can often be done quickly and affordably.
We understand gifts need flexibility. That’s why our 30-day free return window begins on the date the ring is given—not the purchase date. This allows you to buy in advance without worrying about the return period expiring before your special occasion.
