No worries - we offer easy resizing with every ring purchase. If you added Shipping & Return Protection at checkout, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and speed up the exchange process. Once we receive your original ring, we’ll promptly send the correct size.
If Shipping & Protection was not selected, resizing is still easy, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How quickly will I receive my ring after placing an order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our St. Augustine, FL headquarters within 1–5 business days. We offer several shipping options with delivery timeframes ranging from 1–6 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer ring engraving?
We do not currently provide engraving services. However, many of our customers choose to have their rings engraved locally at jewelers or trophy shops, where it can often be done quickly and affordably.
