Refund Policy - Returns/Exchanges

30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please use the same or similar packaging when sending items back.

Return Shipping If you purchased Shipping & Return Protection, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE To get started, please use our RETURN & EXCHANGE PORTAL. Our team will guide you through the process from there.

Refund Processing Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email within 5 business days whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting delays are common
  • Contact your bank directly
